ATA is happy to offer classes in the Houston area again this year.

June 1 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Ted Whitmer will present Staying Out of Trouble – What Every Appraiser Should Know, No. 149. This seminar was developed from information received from numerous state appraiser licensing and certification agencies. The agencies provided information that is common mistakes made by the appraiser, common USPAP violations and other rules violations. The Essentials seminar was designed to keep appraisers out of trouble. All state agency websites were researched for common violations and other substantive issues.*

June 2 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Diana Jacob will present Write Right, No. 148. This interactive course will incorporate a review of Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) form and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and Assignment Conditions of FHA, for elaborative, yet specific comments.*

Attendees will have the opportunity to network with fellow appraisal professionals.
